WARRANTY CONDITIONS
In some instances, bed bugs may travel from a neighbouring unit, therefore if the treatment does not eradicate all bed bugs and eggs, our technician will discuss the warranty options. We offer a 90-day warranty, and we stand by our promise. However, you are required to prove that the bed bugs are still alive in your residence. Therefore, proof of the existence of bed bugs after treatment must be provided. The best way to provide proof is to catch a bed bug alive and contain it in a pill container or ziplock bag. Additionally, a trusted Bed Bug Dog Inspection can also be accepted as proof. There are times when an infestation is so bad, that we do need to come back, but this is a rare occasion. Proper preparation procedures must be followed, so please refer to our Heat Treatment Preparation Guide by clicking the link below.
